estate investors work with agents that don't own
investment property. How can they help you? Good question!
It's like the
surgeon that has never actually done a surgery, he has just read about it. Would
you want him to work on you? I would hope not!
Local real estate broker just
turned 30 years old but have managed to accumulate $7 million in real estate in
less
then 9 years? How?
I attribute most of my
success to people such as Ron Legrand. Without the
guidance of these types of people, I would not be where I am today.

It's a fact, I believe most real estate investors have a hard time getting started in investing because they don't have a real estate
broker/agent that is as passionate about investing in real estate as they are. How will someone that doesn't own real estate
investments help others find good deals on real estate investments? Would you have a fitness trainer help you reach your
goals in the gym if he/she was 30 pounds overweight? Same principle applies to real estate.
Now I will probably make a lot of agents mad, but
I
believe only 5-10% of the brokers/agents out there are good
enough to get investors what they want and at the price they need to purchase
at.
